Hi Spec Engineering has appointed Nicky Gill as Commercial Director. In this newly created role, Nicky will be responsible for the company’s commercial function, included in which will be key areas of business strategy and performance as well as sales operations. Further to the recent appointment of a new UK Sales Manager, Nicky’s appointment to the management team is yet another investment from Hi Spec to support its plans for growth and sustainability in its business and customers going forward.
Nicky joins Hi Spec from his most recent role as Sales Director at Volvo Group UK. He brings over 25 years’ experience in sales operations and business development and growth with a proven track record of delivering results in B2B / B2C sectors and in heavily regulated industries.
Nicky is committed to high quality customer service and has extensive experience in sales management and strong P&L leadership.

Nicky will be based at Hi Spec’s head office in Co. Carlow and will also dedicate significant time to supporting and strengthening Hi Spec’s existing consumer base throughout its sales regions nationally and internationally, as well as strategically looking at opportunities in new areas.
