Existing members of the Warwickshire Group recall that the Group started early in the 1960s. Like many other Groups the 70 members find it difficult to recruit younger members as many of them work these days.

Warwickshire ladies meet on various days of the week to take into account other commitments and they keep up to date with a very comprehensive three times a year newsletter.

As well as supporting various charities throughout the year, each November they support Leukaemia Research with a sale of gifts and cards and in December provide refreshments for the Carol Service in Monks Kirby Church in aid of the Addington Fund.

Several members are regular supporters of the National Weekends and the Group has volunteered to host the Walking Weekend in October 2013
