Fairfields Farm Crisps bags its spot at lunch! 2012
Award-winning crisp producer Fairfields Farm Crisps from Colchester in Essex will be showcasing its range of crisps, including three new flavours, next month at lunch! 2012 on stand 410.
From new Butter & Mint, No Salt and Sea Salt & Black Pepper to the deliciously moreish Sweet Chilli and Sea Salt and Aspall’s Cyder, which was awarded a Gold this month at Great Taste 2012, all Fairfields Farm Crisps are made using potatoes grown down on the family farm, and then hand-cooked and bagged in the company’s brand-new
on-site factory. What’s more, the flavours are made using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible, such as chillies grown in Suffolk and mint from Norfolk, and are hand-cooked in sunflower oil with their jackets on to produce high-quality, great-tasting crisps.
