New Holland dealership Malpas Tractors expands customer service offering
North Wales based New Holland dealership Malpas Tractors has kicked off 2012 with the launch of a new depot in Denbigh, further supporting its existing customers and opening up access to the New Holland product range to other farmers in the area.
Gwynfor Hughes receives keys to T5000 for a month
Opened in January, the Denbigh branch has already sold three New Holland tractors as well as a range of implements. However it was officially launched at an event yesterday, 3 April, in front of a crowd of customers and members of the local farming community.
Malpas Tractors Sales Manager, Paul Reeves, said: “We wanted to reinforce our commitment to our existing customers, as well as improve access for potential new customers to New Holland products and our specialist after sales service. Our new depot at Denbigh means that customers will have considerably less travel time to reach a dealership, making our extensive range more accessible and improving productivity for local farmers.”
Marking the launch event, a competition was held for guests to win the use of Malpas Tractors’ T5000 demonstrator tractor for the entire month of May.
“The competition was well publicised leading up to the event and generated considerable interest among the farming community; the draw winner was Gwynfor Hughes. Mr Hughes was delighted to win and said the use of the T5000 would be very welcome and he was looking forward to putting it through its paces.”
Denbigh is located in a livestock intensive farming area of North Wales, and as such, the new depot is focusing on providing dedicated machinery solutions including New Holland’s LM5000 telehandler, the powerful T5000 and popular T6 tractors and the 700TL front loader.
