Power Takes Off with HL 150T

Hardmet Landforce have recently introduced their HL 150T tractor driven PTO wood chipper to the range.

The HL 150T is straightforward to tractor mount and offers a powerful but lower cost solution to farmers, landscapers and contractors looking for the versatility that a tractor mounted machine can provide.

The HL150T can handle wood up to 150mm in diameter, with the cutting action being achieved by two cutter blades mounted on a 560mm diameter cutting head.

The HL 150T is ideally suited to tractors within the 30hp to 50hp range, producing a chipping speed of 42m/s. The infeed hopper is 920mm wide by 800mm high and the feed intake aperture is 290mm by 220mm, making for quick work in the disposal of branches, trunks, brash and redundant timber.

The drive feeding device is hydrostatic and the chipper features a state-of-the-art No Stress control as standard, with the chipper having a 180 degree turntable feature and seven positions for easy operation.

The HL150T joins the growing and comprehensive range of Hardmet Landforce tree surgery, landscape and amenity machinery.
