Spaldings expands National sales force to meet market demands
Spaldings continues to grow as 7 new territory managers take on key areas across the United Kingdom
Spaldings, one of Europes leading distributors of agricultural replacement parts, tools and accessories today announced the expansion of their sales force to include 7 new territory managers. The new managers are expected to strengthen the sales force and dramatically increase Spaldings presence within their core market.Spaldings Agricultural Sales Director, Roger Chase, said the sales force expansion is a result of a record breaking year for turnover coupled with the product range increasing to over 10,500 products.
We entered the agricultural replacement parts market 55 years ago Chase says. The demand for high quality replacement parts delivered direct to farm has continued to grow, particularly in the last few years when finances have come under increasing scrutiny. The addition of these territory managers who specialize in the agricultural industry, will allow us to keep up with the burgeoning demand whilst pushing us further ahead of our competitors.
The new territory managers include James Pearson in the East Midlands, Geraint Williams in North Wales, Barry Francis in East Anglia, David Donaldson in Perthshire and Roger Dean, Phil Parsons and Grant Aubrey in the South of England. With combined experience spanning 80 years, the new members of the sales team will bring valuable skill sets and expertise to Spaldings customer base.
Successfully increasing sales within each allocated area is something Roger Chase feels confident will be achieved.
He concludes, Being able to better serve our customer base whilst increasing our market presence are important goals for Spaldings which means we need to have the right people on board. I am pleased to welcome such talented individuals into our strong sales force and look forward to working with them to achieve these goals.
