Knight Sales manager clocks up 25 years

Marking 25 years with Knight Farm Machinery this summer is David Main, who doubles as the company’s general sales manager alongside specific responsibility for sales and customer service in the North of England and Scotland.

David, who is 46 and comes from County Durham, studied agricultural engineering at Lincolnshire College of Agriculture, Caythorpe, before joining Knight Farm Machinery in 1988 as an assembly fitter and then moving on to a sales role in 1992.

His career has seen the company considerably expand its range of crop sprayers and develop a range of cultivation machinery. Brian Knight commented: ‘David has made a valuable contribution to the company over the last 25 years and is now a key member of our management team’.
