Chris Tallis Farm Machinery appoint new Director

Chris Tallis Farm Machinery has announced the appointment of Colin McIntyre as director of its Dursley and Bibury branches.

We are delighted to have someone of Colins ability and experience join us, says Ben Tallis, Managing Director of Chris Tallis Farm Machinery.

Colin is the first person to be appointed a director of the business from outside the Tallis family. Now that we employ over 50 people and the business continues to expand, it is essential that we have the best possible people, he adds.

Prior to joining Chris Tallis Farm Machinery Colin spent five years as a Director of Strautmann UK, importing Strautmann agricultural feeding and transport equipment throughout  England, Scotland and Wales.

With a career in agricultural sales and servicing spanning 26 years, Colin has also worked for Amazone, Krone and the Kverneland Group.
