Northern based food and drink retailer Booths is launching a creamy blue cheese made with milk from happy cows!! The delicious Yabber Dabber Blue from renowned cheese-makers, Joseph Heler Cheese, will definitely not go unnoticed. With its quirky name and eye-catching design, the multi award winning Blue Cheshire cheese launches into seven Booths stores across the North on Wednesday 9th February.
Brought to life by a caricature of Joseph Helers prize cow, Clarissa, who adorns the packaging, Yabber Dabber Blue is made by traditional cheese making methods. This includes using fresh milk from Clarissas friends, Joseph Helers own herd of pedigree Holstein cows. The attention-grabbing name derives from the term Dabber, an affectionate title given to anyone born within the boundaries of the famous cheese making town of Nantwich, Cheshire, where Joseph Heler are based.
Yet its not just the packaging that will get people talking… this mild and creamy tasting blue cheese was a double award winner at the International Cheese Show, and is perfect on a cracker, crumbled over salads, melted over jacket potatoes or just nibbled on its own!
