CO2Sense will complete your applcation forms for you – free help to secure grants

The Farming and Forestry Improvement Scheme (FFIS) grants, which were announced on 21st May, are being offered by the government to help farmers and foresters to cut their costs and improve the environmental performance of their operations. But applying can be time consuming, and Defra will only consider applications that are completed correctly. So not-for-profit carbon expert company CO2Sense is offering to complete the application forms on behalf of farmers interested in applying for funding for nutrient management, energy efficiency and water management equipment.

Vicky Wren, from CO2Sense, believes that this will improve farmers’ chances of receiving the funds. Applying can be time consuming for a business that has so many other priorities,” she said. “And even if an application is submitted there is no guarantee that it will be successful. With our years of experience appraising applications for Defra, we have a real understanding of what a good application needs to include. We can give farmers the best possible chance of being selected to receive funding.”

The service is being offered on a no-win, no fee basis – so if a farm is unsuccessful, they won’t be charged for the application. Those interested should contact Vicky Wren on 0113 237 8461 or Vicky.wren@co2sense.co.uk
