Waste Exemptions 2013 window closing fast
The deadline is fast approaching for the registrations of waste exemptions with the Environment Agency.

Waste exemptions need to be registered with the Environment Agency by 30th September 2013 and will last for 3 years. The waste categories are now coded by Use, Treatment, Disposal and Storage.
These exemptions can be completed via the Environment Agency website.
Hannah Foster of BCM comments: “It is important to register these waste exemptions for your farm and any activities that you may undertake as part of your farming practice. Failure to do so could result in penalties”.
