Burges Salmon partnership expands and agriculture team get their boots dirty at Cereals 2011

The Burges Salmon food, farming and land team returned to grass roots at Cereals 2011 where the industry gathered to debate current issues, including the impact of drought on grain yields and prices, and the future of renewable crops.

A 14-strong team from Burges Salmon, led by partners William Neville, Charles Wyld, Alastair Morrison and Patrick Cook joined clients Velcourt and Openfield for practical training at the event.

The market-leading team will be further strengthened by the arrival of Kevin Kennedy, a recognised specialist in agricultural litigation, who joins as a partner. Kevin trained at Burges Salmon before going on to build a reputation as an agricultural and property litigator.
