Innovative invoicing service launched

Cloud software provider Fortnox launches innovative Print Service, helping small businesses reduce time spent on paper invoicing by over 95%.

Cloud software provider Fortnox has officially announced the launch of an innovative Print Service, as an additional feature to their invoicing application. Fortnox Invoicing already has an electronic invoicing feature to help businesses work more efficiently, but with the addition of the print and fulfilment service, small businesses can now also dramatically reduce the time they spend on paper invoicing.

Small businesses often invest a huge amount of time and resources into paper invoicing, from buying paper, stamps and ink to the actual printing, enveloping and posting of the invoices to their customers. Fortnox’s Print Service brings an end to this time consuming affair – in a Fortnox customer survey, small businesses reported that using the Print Service had reduced the time they spend on paper invoicing by over 95%.

The Print Service, which has been running successfully in the UK since May, enables users of Fortnox Invoicing to submit customer invoices for printing and posting with the click of a button. Electronic copies of the invoices are instantly submitted for printing, and then enveloped and despatched to recipients worldwide – all from just 99p per invoice.

Axel Nilsson, of Fortnox said: “Fortnox has more than 10 years’ experience in providing small businesses with web-based solutions to their problems and the Print Service is our latest contribution to help reduce the heavy admin burden faced by small businesses. Each year, paper invoicing takes up a lot of small businesses time – and time as we all know is money. Businesses that deal with large volumes of customer invoices can use the new Print Service to send big batches with a single click of a button, whilst businesses that use paper invoicing sporadically, can rely on the same service at the same fixed price per invoice. In Sweden, Germany and Finland the Print Service has already become a big success – freeing up time for small businesses and allowing them to focus on core business activities.

Maybe something for the overworked (and under organised) farm office to take a look at?
