Key appointment for McArthur Group

The McArthur Group has announced the appointment of Steven Fox to the role of Group Sales Director.

Steven has over 25 years’ experience across a broad range of sectors within the building materials market, most recently with flooring wholesaler and distributor Sheffield Insulation Group (SIG) where he was Commercial Director for four years during which time he helped deliver significant sales growth in a very competitive market.

McArthur Chief Executive Sam McArthur comments: “I am absolutely delighted that we have been able to attract someone of Steven’s calibre to this pivotal role and I am confident he will be able to build on the success that we have already enjoyed this year in winning new business in all of our chosen sectors.

“Steven has a proven track record in a business that has a very similar wholesale model to our own and his appointment, coupled with the recent re-organisation of our wholesale distribution network to establish nationwide ‘Centres of Excellence’, will greatly enhance the level of customer experience we are able to deliver.”
