TGM secures first customers in Estonia and Turkey

TGM Software Solutions has recently sold its flock management system to Estonia and Turkey for the first time.

George Megarry of TGM said “It’s always satisfying to see our products being used in new markets. As the understanding of the role of software in improving decision making develops, interest in our flock management software, Select Sheepware has increased. By entering data and using the reports within the software, farmers can make better decisions which leads to an improvement in flock performance.

“The farm that’s using the software in Turkey has a flock of 2500 and in common with the majority of our customers is using it to make decisions on replacements and culling.

“Our customer in Estonia has a flock of 800 ewes and intends to grow this over the coming years, again using the software to help him decide on replacements. His sheep are used for skin and meat production.”

TGM’s software program Select Sheepware was translated for these new markets and is now being used around the world for all types for sheep production.
