Cherkizovo Group increases the number of Non-Executive Directors in its Board of Directors

OJSC Cherkizovo Group (LSE: CHE), Russia’s leading integrated and diversified meat producer announces changes to the Board of Directors.

The new Board of Directors was elected at the Annual General Meeting of shareholders on June 29, 2012. The new Board of Directors includes Igor Babaev, Musheg Mamikonian, Evgeny Mikhailov, Sergei Mikhailov, Marcus Rhodes Samuel Lipman and Vitaliy Podolskiy. So, the number of Non-Executive members on the Board of Directors of Cherkizovo Group has increased.
